Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Canada / Australia / UK: 14–25 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons (especially around Halloween and the holidays).
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Halloween Orders To receive your order before October 31, we recommend placing your order by October 1. We cannot guarantee delivery by Halloween for orders placed after that date.
